Ribbon Art in Tuscany with Helen Gibb May 26-June 2, 2012 Join Helen for this once-in-a-lifetime trip to Cortona (where Under The Tuscan Sun was filmed). Enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan hills, and the towns and villages as you create a wonderful ribbonwork project—a memento of a fabulous Italian holiday. During this workshop you will learn a wealth of ribbonwork flower techniques and then put it all to good use in a ribbon collage. And of course there will be side trips—one to Florence and another to Arrezo (or Sienna), We'll also partake in a Tuscan cooking class and several wine tastings. A supply list and kit (approximate cost $265) will be provided to all registered participants one month prior to departure. The price of the trip includes tuition, hotel, all meals, activities, and excursions. You provide your own air transport to Florence or Rome.
