These gorgeous silk prints from Judith and Kathryn in Australia are the perfect medium for ribbon embellishing whether for silk ribbon embroidery or applied ribbonwork flowers. Use your own imagination on how to embellish these prints or be inspired by some of the designs in the Judith and Kathryn books. Embellish as much or as little as you please. The finished prints can be made up into pillows, or framed or can cover journals etc.

Note: If you see a silk print in the Judith and Kathryn books but it is not shown on my website, please know that I can special order any silk print from the entire line of prints. Orders may take up to three weeks to ship.

Lampshade Fringing

Use this fringing for the tassel on a half doll. Remember to specify Tassel on order from if ordering a half doll. The off white fringing is 6" long and is suitable for dying. Tip: To add color quickly and simply, try dying the fringe with some herbal teas.

Wow, what a great way to display some of your ribbonwork. Handmade with a charming print or solid fabric and an antiqued bronze base the dress form is the perfect height, 22 1/2", for a dresser or tabletop. Starter Ribbon Kit

I strongly recommend this kit for anyone just beginning ribbonwork or anyone having difficulty finding the supplies needed for ribbonwork.

This kit was designed with you in mind. I know it is sometimes difficult to find all the special supplies that I recommend for ribbonwork so I have gathered for you all the bits and pieces you need to get started. The kit includes a six yard assortment of beautiful French wired ribbons, silk ribbon and French trim so that you can sample several of the flowers and techniques taught in the book, The Secrets of Fashioning Ribbon Flowers and Heirloom Ribbonwork. There are no instructions in this kit. Also included is a package of Milliners needles, a spool of white beading thread, a 12" square of crinoline and some stamens.

Victorian Hat Stands

These wonderful reproduction Victorian hat stands are just like the ones from the millinery establishments in the late 1800's and early 1900's. Made of cast iron and finished in antique bronze, white, or ivory tones these hat stands, in two styles willsurely please. Heights available are 12", 16", 20", and 24". Styles available are tear drop (left front) and lion head (right front). Hat stands may take up to 3 weeks to ship if not in stock. Hat not included.
